Tom Waters, Senior Research Economist, Institute for Fiscal Studies.

3. Covid and Social Security: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

4. Pre-Budget scrutiny (in private): The Committee will consider a revised pre-budget letter to the Cabinet Secretary for Social Security and Older People.
