3. Subordinate legislation: Kevin Stewart, Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning to move—S5M-22618—That the Local Government and Communities Committee recommends that the Insolvency Act 1986 (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 [draft] be approved.

4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on The Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Amendment (Coronavirus) Order 2020 (SSI 220/268) from—
Kevin Stewart, Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning, and Graham Thomson, Temporary Accommodation and Programme Strategy Team Leader, Scottish Government.

5. Subordinate legislation: Andy Wightman to move—S5M-22768—That the Local Government and Communities Committee recommends that The Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Amendment (Coronavirus) Order 2020 (SSI 220/268) be annulled.
