3. Post-Legislative Scrutiny of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, parts 3 and 5: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.

4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: TheCommittee will consider an analysis of responses to its call for evidence onthe Scottish Government budget 2021-22 and agree witnesses for future meetings
