6. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider a revised draft letter to the Scottish Government on Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2021- 22.

7. Post-Legislative Scrutiny of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, parts 3 and 5: The Committee will consider an analysis of responses and agree witnesses for future meetings.

8. Impact of Brexit on devolution: The Committee will consider a letter from the Finance and Constitution Committee.
