2. Travelling Funfairs (Licensing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

The Charities (Disclosure of Information to Designated Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2020; and The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development and Use Classes) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020.

4. Travelling Funfairs (Licensing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

5. European Charter of Local Self-Government (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
