1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private.
The Committee will also decide whether to take in private consideration of future draft Stage 1report on the Travelling Funfairs (Licensing) (Scotland) Bill.

2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Town and Country Planning (Short-term Let Control Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 [draft] and the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-term Lets) Order 2021 [draft] from—
Kevin Stewart, Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning, James Hamilton, Lawyer, SGLD Housing Branch, Norman MacLeod, Senior Principal Legal Officer, Planning and Built Environment, Andrew Mott, Head of Housing Markets, Strategy and North Programmes, More Homes Division, and David Reekie, Planning Regulation Manager, Planning and Architecture Division, Scottish Government.

3. Subordinate legislation: Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning to move—S5M-23719—That the Local Government and Communities Committee recommends that the Town and Country Planning (Short-term Let Control Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 [draft] be approved.

4. Subordinate legislation: Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning to move—S5M-23718—That the Local Government and Communities Committee recommends that the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-term Lets) Order 2021 [draft] be approved.

5. Travelling Funfairs (Licensing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Richard Lyle, Member in charge of the Bill;
Nick Hawthorne, Senior Assistant Clerk, Non-Government Bills Unit, and Claudia Bennett, Solicitor, Office of the Solicitor to the Scottish Parliament, Scottish Parliament.

6. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument- Local Governance (Scotland) Act 2004 (Remuneration) Amendment Regulations 2021 (2021/18)

7. Travelling Funfairs (Licensing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
