2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals—
The Food and Drink (Miscellaneous Amendments Relating to Food and Wine Composition, Information and Labelling) Regulations 2021.

3. Scottish Ambulance Service (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

4. Social Care Inquiry (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report.
