1. Human Rights and the Scottish Parliament: The Committee will take evidence from— Professor Alan Miller, Chair, Scottish Government Advisory Group on Human Rights Leadership. 2. Human Rights and the Scottish Parliament (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received. 3. National Performance Framework (in private): The Committee will consider a draft response to the Local Government and Communities Committee on the National Performance Framework. 4. Prisoner Voting in Scotland (in private): The Committee will consider correspondence received from the UK Ministry of Justice.
