The Committee will also decide whether consideration of its Tied Pubs (Scotland) Bill Stage 1 report and associated evidence; its COVID-19 inquiry and pre-budget scrutiny draft report; its letter to the Scottish Government on the Scottish National Investment Bank draft missions; its Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill Stage 1 report, and its work programme should be taken in private at future meetings.
2. Pre-budget scrutiny 2021-22 and impact of COVID-19 on businesses, workers and the economy: The Committee will take evidence from-

3. Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Paul Wheelhouse, Minister for Energy, Connectivity and the Islands, Gareth Fenney, Head of Heat Strategy, Urszula Kasperek, Senior Policy Advisor, Norman MacLeod, Senior Principal Legal Officer, and James Hemphill, Heat Networks Team Leader, Scottish Government.
4. Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.
