Peter Kelly, Director, the Poverty Alliance.

3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal—
The Prohibition on Quantitative Restrictions (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

4. COVID-19 – impact on Scotland’s businesses, workers and the economy: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.

5. Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a revised draft Stage 1 report.
