Subordinate legislation: Fiona Hyslop (Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Fair Work and Culture) to move—S5M-23994—That the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee recommends that the Companies Act 2006 (Scottish public sector companies to be audited by the Auditor General for Scotland) Order 2021 [draft] be approved.

5. Budget 2021-22 and impact of COVID-19 on businesses, workers and the economy: The Committee will take evidence from—
Fiona Hyslop, Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Fair Work and Culture, Richard Rollison, Deputy Director, Directorate for Economic Development, Mary McAllan, Director for Economic Development, and David Wilson, Interim Director for Fair Work, Employability and Skills, Scottish Government.
