2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Public Procurement etc. (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 [draft] from—
Kate Forbes, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Angela McTeir, Procurement Policy Manager, Edwina Ryan, Procurement Policy Officer, Mark Richards, Solicitor, and Adrienne Forman, Solicitor, Scottish Government.

3. Subordinate legislation: Kate Forbes (Cabinet Secretary for Finance) to move—
S5M-23569—That the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee recommends that the Public Procurement etc. (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 [draft] be approved.

4. COVID-19 – impact on Scotland’s businesses, workers and the economy: The Committee will take evidence from-
Andrew Burnett, Managing Director, Elevator UK;
Shane Taylor, Research and Policy Manager, Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce;
Jennifer Craw, Chief Executive, Opportunity North East.

5. BiFab, the offshore wind sector and Scottish supply chain: The Committee will take evidence from—
Simon Hodge, Chief Executive, Crown Estate Scotland;
David Pratt, Head of Planning & Strategy, Marine Scotland;
Andrew Hogg, Deputy Director, Energy Industries Division, Scottish Government.
