5. UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a response from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

6. Trade Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in this Bill.

7. Scottish Law Commission Bills (in private): The Committee will consider a revised draft report on its review of the Presiding Officer's determination on designating a Bill as a Scottish Law Commission Bill as defined in Rule 9.17A of Standing Orders.
