8. Scottish Government Reporting on Coronavirus Acts: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government’s 'The Coronavirus Acts: Third Report to Scottish Parliament' published on 6 October 2020.

Scrutiny of Scottish Ministers’ consent to certain UK secondary legislation: The Committee willconsider a proposed protocol between the Scottish Parliament and the ScottishGovernment on the scrutiny of decisions by Scottish Ministers to consent to UKsecondary legislation in devolved areas arising from the UK leaving the EU.
