During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda item 4 in private. 2. Article 50 withdrawal negotiations: The Committee will take evidence from- Michael Russell, Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitutional Relations, and Ian Mitchell, Deputy Director, EU Strategy and Migration, Scottish Government. 3. Scottish Government Reports: The Committee will consider a bi-annual report from the Scottish Government in relation to a range of EU issues. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 5. Article 50 withdrawal negotiations (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
