1. Declaration of interests: Donald MacKinnon will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private and whether its consideration of its work programme should be taken in private at its next meeting. 3. Climate Action – consideration of evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence heard under agenda item 3. 5. Inquiry into the environmental impacts of AI data centres – approach: The Committee will consider its approach to the inquiry.
