1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Jamie Hepburn, Minister for Parliamentary Business, and Iain Hockenhull, Elections Bill Team Leader, Scottish Government; Lorraine Walkinshaw, Lawyer, Scottish Government Legal Directorate; Chris Nicholson, Solicitor and Head of Branch, Constitutional Reform and External Affairs, Scottish Government. 3. Evidence Session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Standing Order Rule Changes The Committee will consider correspondence from the Parliamentary Bureau on allocation of time for opposition business.
