1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of evidence on pre-budget scrutiny 2025 to 2026 should be taken in private at item number 3, and at future meetings. 2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2025 to 2026: The Committee will take evidence from— Dr Robin Cook, Honorary Senior Research Fellow, Strathclyde University; Alastair Hamilton, Chair of the NW Coast, Regional Inshore Fisheries Groups Network; Professor Michel Kaiser, Member, Marine Alliance for Science and Technology for Scotland; Elspeth Macdonald, Chief Executive, Scottish Fishermen’s Federation; Charles Millar, Executive Director, Sustainable Inshore Fisheries Trust; Professor Colin Moffat, former Chief Scientific Advisor Marine to the Scottish Government; Phil Taylor, Director, Open Seas; Dr Alan Wells, Chief Executive, Fisheries Management Scotland; Elaine Whyte, Executive Secretary, Clyde Fishermen’s Association. 3. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2025 to 2026: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
