Pre-budget scrutiny 2025-26: The Committee will take evidence from— Professor David Bell, Professor of Economics, University of Stirling; Michael Kellet, Director of Strategy, Governance and Performance, Public Health Scotland; Kathrine Sibbald, Senior Manager, Audit Scotland; and then from— Caroline Cameron, Chief Officer, North Ayrshire Integration Joint Board; Professor Soumen Sengupta, Chief Officer, South Lanarkshire Integration Joint Board; Pat Togher, Chief Officer, Edinburgh Integration Joint Board; Sharon Wearing, Chair, Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy Integrated Joint Boards Chief Finance Officer Section. 3. Pre-budget scrutiny 2025-26: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013: The Committee will consider a draft report. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its future work programme. 6. Tobacco and Vapes Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of a proposed legislative consent memorandum.
