Police (Ethics, Conduct and Scrutiny) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs, Kevin Lee, Police Division, Steven Bunch, Police Division, and Caroline Kubala, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Police (Ethics, Conduct and Scrutiny) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024. 5. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
